How to Sculpt Your Arms and Back

Summer is here. It’s time for the beach, parties, and fun.

It also means that you are baring more skin in your swimsuits and sleeveless dresses/shirts.

And no one wants to be scared away. This is your time to shine.

Here is a quick video showing you five exercises to do to sculpt your arms and back.

Do 2 sets of 12 repetitions in each set of each exercise. You will need dumbbells for these exercises. Here’s the rule: if you can do more than 12 repetitions with a particular weight, increase the weight of the dumbbell.
