One year ago, I launched this website, hoping it would be a place where you would find inspiration to be balanced, centered, and sexy. 

I developed the Unleash Your Sexy Program and through it helped my clients lose weight, build strength, and reduce stress and anxiety with thought and emotion management tools. Within the next week, my ebook with many of my coaching exercises and my story will be launching on Amazon. I’ve helped so many people through this website and I only want to continue to reach more and more!

I dedicated 2013 to Health & Happiness (read more here) and I also want to create more videos for you. So as a birthday gift to you, here is a workout video to develop hip, butt, and thigh muscles that can be done in your own home with a yoga mat and one sturdy piece of furniture.
