4-Week Training Plan For You [time sensitive]

It’s officially late April. Wow.

Confession: I really haven’t been working out lately. I go for a run once in a while. I do 10 minutes of yoga 4 times a week. And this makes me angry.

Why? Because I love the way I feel when I exercise. And because I haven’t been, my body hurts. My back aches. My neck is stiff. I just feel a big overall BLAH.

That’s not how I like to feel. And it turns out many of you are feeling the same way.

I want to feel stronger. I want to feel my muscles working. I want to sit in a chair without feeling pain in my spine. I want to get back to being me.

So yesterday, I did my own workout video Butt Blaster. It’s 8 minutes long, but worked my booty into shape again. I feel it today. When I posted to Facebook yesterday that my own workout video kicked my butt, people started asking about it. That’s when I realized I wasn’t alone in this. We all just want something short and efficient to get done during the day so we feel better and get our bodies moving.
